Information used by this site
Our hosting provider, Railway, processes technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. Google Analytics is configured to help understand visits and page use; it may use cookies and process device, browser, and usage information. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our site configuration.
Free downloads and project tools
The starter kit does not require an email address. Project search terms and supply checkmarks are handled in your browser and are not submitted as form entries to Holiday Secrets. They are not saved to a planner account. Information you write on printed pages or downloaded files stays in your own copies; we do not receive it.
Messages and subscriptions
If you email us, we use your message and reply details to respond and address the request. A Holiday Secrets newsletter is not currently open for signups. If subscriptions become available, the signup form will explain the information collected, the email provider, and how to unsubscribe before submission.
External websites
Links to retailers, craft resources, and Waymaker pages take you to separately operated services with their own privacy practices. Visiting those pages may involve their cookies and tracking. We do not receive your payment-card details from an ordinary outbound link. Holiday Secrets is not currently taking payments for seasonal kits.
Private checkout testing
Owner-authorized checkout tests use Stripe test mode and a necessary browser cookie to protect test downloads for seven days. Stripe processes the test checkout details; Holiday Secrets verifies the test payment status and stores download authorization in Stripe session metadata. Use test payment details only. Public kit sales remain closed.
Your choices and requests
You can control cookies through your browser and use Google’s analytics opt-out tools. Blocking cookies may affect services on linked sites. For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning information you have sent us, email support@waymaker.cx and identify Holiday Secrets. Applicable rights depend on your location and the information involved.
Children and family activities
These resources are intended for adults planning and supervising activities. We do not provide child accounts or ask children to submit names, photographs, or personal information. Please contact us if a child has sent personal information so we can address it.
Retention and updates
We retain correspondence as needed to respond, manage ongoing requests, and meet applicable obligations. Technical records are also subject to provider settings. This policy will be updated when features or data practices change; the effective date appears above.
