Read this gathering guide →One guest count, one invitation and a packet that matches. Choose your time once, then take the plan to the table with a quiet, readable Host Mode.
The invitation, quantity notes and Host Mode all come from the same built plan. Change the group or duration and build again before printing. Save only when you want to keep the details on this device. Copying an invitation does not send it, and choosing a date does not book a venue or put anything on a guest’s calendar. Review the final words before sharing.
A wrapping club is not a gift exchange: people bring their own unfinished gifts and take them home. The White Elephant planner remains a separate tool with its own rules. Avoid combining those expectations without warning. Use the activity finder to start with the group, available time and spending preference rather than a party name that could mean several different things.
The six-step running order offers a useful shape, not a stopwatch challenge. A late arrival can settle in before joining an optional prompt. A person who needs help can ask the host, and somebody who prefers company to making can watch. Keep private labels and addresses out of shared pictures. The memorable detail can be one funny shop name rather than another planned game.
Build a plan, then save, copy or print it. Nothing is sent to guests automatically.
